Possibly stupid question, do the new bead styles tend to sell out or become hard to find relatively quickly? I'm completely head over heals in love with the new Sterling Silver Pink Cloisonné Enamel Flower bead and even though I don't have a bracelet yet, I'm thinking of buying the bead so it will be waiting when I do finally get the bracelet in a few months. Thoughts?

I think that it will still be there - but if you are worried and have the extra funds you could buy it now for piece of mind. Until you get a bracelet you could always put it on a regular necklace or bracelet so you can use it : )

We have to get your friend on here : ) then she can post some pics so we can see : ))))) Any new beads this weekend???????

I'm holding off on buying beads right now. Problem is, I like things symmetrical, and I planned my bracelet from the center out, with a gold spacer in the center and then beads of similar sizes/motifs on either 'side', so now I feel that if I want a new bead, I have to buy TWO... to maintain the symmetry! Which, of course, is not bad... just expensive! How about you, TTOne, what is your newest bead?

I'm soo excited! I just got my friend a pandora bracelet and her first charm and she loves it!!! Now I have someone to go pandora shopping with me and join me in my addiction!
That's great! My friend bought me my first bead, before I even had the bracelet, lol, and I would love to do that for another one of my friends. Pandora is so customizable that almost everyone would like it.

Katie, that is so wonderful that your friend got you started on your bracelet by getting you your first charm!! There's something about giving that just makes you feel good inside :tup:I'm just happy that I made her day! She had been looking at mine whenever I wore it, which is all the time, and I had taken her to the Pandora store 2x just to browse and I wanted to show her how much I appreciated her friendship by starting her on her bracelet! :blushing::flowers:

I bet your bracelet looks so nice - I am surprised I didn't go with the symmetry look actually - but somehow I have just been getting beads that look nice together : ) No new beads for me for awhile :( I bought all that Troll stuff a few weeks ago and am on a shopping ban :( I can't wait for Xmas!!!!!

Oh that's right - you went on a Troll spree! I just sold two items on eBay which means I can buy beads up to the value of what I sold! That's how I have to do it now, since the budget is tight... so the good news is, selling = buying!

Hey, my work friend is wearing her wraparound bracelet today and says that it DOES feel too bulky where the beads cross over - she will undo them and go back to wearing separate bracelets.

I absolutely fell in love with a Chamalia bead and bought it; and that's how I ended up with a chamalia bracelet! I love their murano glass beads. I have about 6 beads right now, with quite a long wishlist!!

i just bought some new charms, including a safety chain. but it is annoying me! I only have the middle 3rd of the bracelet finished, and have one charm on each outer 3rd. Those 2 charms each slide over the twisty bit at the end and i have to unscrew them all the time. So I bought a saftey chain but I am finding the beads of the safety chain are forever UNtwisting and sliding along the bracelet.... I wish they were fixed!
Has anyone else experienced this frustration? what can i do? I am thinking of just taking the safety chain off and putting it back on when my bracelet is finished and there is nowhere for the safety chain beads to slide

is Charmqueen still reading and posting here? She spoke of the safety chains a lot - if you are still here charmqueen - what are your thoughts on them? Are they better on a full bracelet?

mmkk - your bracelet is looking really pretty!

Yes, safety chains definitely work better on full bracelets. When the sections next to the clasp aren't filled with beads, your safety beads will slide around causing the chain to spread. Once its the sections next to the clasp is filled, its not a problem.

There really isn't a remedy for it but to fill up your bracelet faster! Try shifting some of the beads from the center section to the outer areas, it will be a temporary fix and you can always move it back to the center later.

Smart move to buy a safety chain! I can't emphasize that enough to protect your Pandora investment. I am a strong believer of safety chains even though it can be annoying at times. What's more annoying is losing a bracelet because there wasn't a safety chain on it and it could have been prevented!
