I have a problem- I LOVE my finished 2 tone bracelet (my profile pic but a little different) so much that i'm NOT wanting to wear my silver bracelet, which only has a few splashes of gold. I think the problem is the lack of muranos and all the cute charms on it!!!(even though i do like them.)

Though saying that I did go through a patch of wondering if i'd wasted my money on my other one cause it just didn't feel right for a good few weeks before it was finished- and I LOVE it now!!!! I think i just personally prefer the more symetrical look.

Does anyone else with multiple bracelets have this problem???? It's not even that it's majority silver (i was ALWAYS a gold girl pre pandora)- I just bought my Tiffany bracelet and love that in SS.

I feel the same way about the 2nd bracelet I'm working on now... it's only half full though, so I'm hoping I'll love it more once it's done. I just love the one I'm wearing now so much, and I love how it looks on its own. I really cant imagine not wearing it to wear the other one! I can't stop buying beads though, cause there are so many i love, and they cant all fit on one bracelet! My situation is backwards from yours though, the one I love and am wearing is all silver & two tone beads, and the one I am working on is gold and two tone! I have always been into Tiffany, all silver, never even liked gold... but something about the gold pandora beads has really grown on me!
I have a two tone that i wear all the time and hardly wear my first pandora silver one very much anymore. I feel totally guilty everytime i leave it back in the jewelry box b/c its the one with the more meaningful beads representing my two babies. But i make it a point to wear it at least once a week on the weekend when i'm out with them. Maybe you should pick a day of the week and wear it so you dont feel so bad.
I also have a retired bracelet that i put together that i have not even worn yet....just sitting there collecting dust:(I will get to it eventually;)
I have a bad feeling that i will soon wear my gold bracelets all the time...i totally agree about something about the gold pandora beads that i am totally crazy for.:noggin: I was an all silver john hardy and lois hill girl pre pandora.

That's a really GREAT idea- I'm going to make sure I choose at least one day a week when I wear it maybe a round the house day, I have to wear something now I feel naked without one on. LOL today was an around the house day and I wore it.

I have actually removed some charms as /i think I mentioned earlier on and have listed on ebay for the 1st time- always a buyer never a seller. I'm quite excited but nervous about it- silly hey- feels funny parting with beads I have looked after and cared for since dec. I have listed my Pink Sunflower the retired one for $49.99AU but do u think this is silly? It's not been worn much, just sitting in the Pandora Jewellery box and I've seen them on sale for like over $200US on a few sites. Oh well too late now, hope I at least get back what i paid after the fee's come out!!!

I have taken updated pics of my bracelets so i'll go and post them on our sister thread now if you'd like to give me any ideas for inspiration on my silver Pandora I'd much appreciate it- Hopefully i'll get enough back from the sales of these 4 beads on the bay to at least fund my 3 muranos.

I have just been looking at everyone's lovely photos of their bracelets on the other thread. They look so lovely when photographed flat... .I just wish the beads stayed like that (in place!)

I wanted to get some views... I have two pandora bracelets (one oxidised and one silver) and I swap my beads from one to the other. I have the middle section full of beads (sectioned off with a clip at either side) and then I have about 4 beads which I seperate and put 2 on either side of the bracelet.

My bracelet looks gorge when photographed (lying flat) but as soon as I wear it, the loose beads which arent sectioned inside the two clips, just fall down to the bottom of the bracelet - and this drives me mad!!! Also because the majority of my beads sit in the middle section of the bracelet (in between the clips) the weight of the bracelet makes the bracelet flip over so that the beads end up hanging underneath (ie keep having to flip my bracelet over so the beads are on show)

Does this drive anyone else mad??? Are there any suggestions for what I can do? I have had my bracelet since Jan 09 and am in no hurry to buy more beads to fill the whole bracelet but thats the only solution I can think of to stop the problem.

my bracelet did this before it was full- the only fix i know of is to buy more beads... sorry im no help! it did drive me nuts though, which i why i ended up filling mine up in 2 wks!

The whole idea behind the concept of Pandora, was to section off the bracelet into 3...and to put beads in each section to avoid the problem of one part of the bracelet being too heavy and then having all of the beads fall to the bottom.
So the plan was that you put on the clips and then adds beads evenly to each section, so if you had 6 beads, you put 2 in each section. that way the beads are all going to be spaced evenly and no one area of the bracelet will be heavier than the other - and all of the beads won't slide together at the bottom...otherwise they could have made it like any other bracelet and not worried about the concept of the sections and the fixed beads to keep the areas separate.
But if you put them all in one section and leave the others empty, it defeats the whole concept of the original design, and you will always have the beads underneath your wrist where you can't see them.

I've collecting Pandora since before it became so popular and that was a focus of their promotions, that the design allows the beads to stay evenly spaced, and stops the problem of them all sliding together under the wrist...maybe that message has got a bit lost recently?
I always fill my bracelets evenly in each section before they are full, and that way they rotate nicely around my wrist, and there are always beads at the top and bottom at the same same time.

i love how you've explained this-im working on bracelet number 2 and havent been wearing it because ive been annoyed with how the beads move, im going to try spacing them out evenly like that now and see how it works!!!

My new beads. I love the tree of life bead. I'm so addicted. I can't stop playing with the bracelet builder and trying to decide on which beads to get next.

Glad the explanation was helpful! as I mentioned, the reason why the bracelet is in 3 sections doesn't seem to be something Pandora focus on much at the moment.

I was a bit naughty today as well, bought a new gold clip, 2 Murano beads and a few spacers. I wanted to get the gold safety chain but they only had it in the shortest length.
I went to two shops close to me (in Melb) and they both had absolutely no knowledge of the heart Muranos... one said the Pandora rep was in last week and didn't mention them at all...makes me wonder if they are coming to Aus at all?

I went pandora shopping yesterday and asked about the new heart muranos and one SA new exactly what I was talking about and said they are coming out to Australia with the next release which I think is Sep/Oct??

He also said the new timber ones will be out next month in July. I'm not really a fan of them but will be interesting to see them IRL.

Also pandora are releasing a new leather bracelet with the metal clasp which will be interesting aswell.

well, obviously QLD is much more clued up than Vic!! Both of these shops probably have 70% of their business from Pandora sales, you'd think they would know what is coming? one SA even tried to tell me that they probably weren't Pandora... yeah, I have 6 Pandora bracelets & I don't know Pandora from other beads...lol.
Wonder why they are not bringing them out at the same time as in the other countries?
Not sure I want any yet...but do want to check them out IRL
