Had an amazing day yesterday. Were inspected at work (I'm a teacher) and got outstanding! ?Going to buy a bead to cerlebrate. Thinking about the apple and worm but can't get a clear picture. Anyone got it and what is it like? Alternative is a two tone or pink glass. What do you think????:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

Actually the purple enamel barrel bead looks much better IRL than it does on the photos, and the handbags are very cute too.
The first place I went didn't have any of the Murano at all, the second shop I went to had the black, orange and darker lilac/pink one. What was odd was the black bead was the same width as all the other Murano beads, but the orange and esp the pink were noticeably narrower - don't know if that is on purpose or they just turned out that way, but they look noticeably smaller than the other Murano beads.

You are very lucky. They won't have these in the shop that I go till April. I checked again yesterday. Enjoy you elephant and grapes. It's funny because these are the two I want the most.:woohoo:

LITTLESHARON I'm planning on going into the city tomorrow or Monday- Hubbys Shop isn't open on Sundays is it- but does he open on public holidays? (Monday) Can't wait to see the new beads IRL even if I don't actually buy any!!! (Still supposed to be banned till i go to States in May-LOL

Yes the guitar pick is a neat trick - can't remember who suggested it first, but all my Pandora friends now use it.

It seems like the elephant bead is going to be popular, and so I was wondering if I could make a small suggestion? A favorite charity of mine is the elephant sanctuary in Tennessee - no I am not affiliated in any way (I'm in Australia and they are in the USA) I just love elephants and these people do an amazing job, rescuing ex-circus elephants from appalling conditions and giving them a home to roam free in.
The Elephant Sanctuary is the main page, make sure you watch the video of Tarra and her best friend, Bella the dog, and if you go to the meet the elephants page, the stories before they were rescued will break your heart.
I'd like to suggest that all of us who buy this bead go to THIS PAGE and join up as a friend, only $30 for one year. They take CC and Pay-pal.
I am thinking of writing to Pandora and suggesting they donate some money from the sale of the beads as well -hey, I figure the worst thing they can say is 'no' right?

I'm in the UK and don't know when the new beads are coming out please can someone tell me how much the two tone clutch bag/purse is? I really want it! You are so lucky everyone that has seen them! I am pandora obsessed!

I'm also in the UK and new to this forum.

I visited the Pandora Concept store in Leeds on Thursday and was told that the beads would not be available here until April - no specific date was given.

That evening I found some of the beads on Ebay on a German website and made my first post to tPF to give details. It is post #1920. They have one clutch purse bead for EUR 77.95 + postage. They also have several of the other charms, including the gorgeous elephant.

I found them by searching for Pandora 09 in the Ebay Shops. Hope this helps :yes:

I stopped in to a shop yesterday that sells Pandora. They actually give away guitar picks with the shop name/number printed on them, when you buy Pandora. Little Sharon - maybe an idea for your husband's shop?!

I cant get over how simple the guitar pick thing is. TBH, I would have thought that Pandora would hand them out for free to help sell the bracelets. I mean, it is a bit rich to charge $52 for their opener (which I found hard to operate anyway).

HI!!! Great pics!!! My sil got me one for xmas and now I'm hooked. I'm nowhere near finishing my bracelet. I've gotten 4 charms aside for the 2 my sil gave me, including the 2 of the valentine's day ones they were selling in Spain (was there on vacay for Vday). Last sunday I got two clips. A man in a jewelry store in Spain explained to me whet they are and how they're used. I had no idea...:nogood: I have 2 murano, one pink and one blue. I also have the bear (one of the 2 sil gave me along with the blue murano) the pink flowers, a silver heart, and a silver and red hearts one.

The idea of the gutiar pick is AWESOME! I just ask hubby to open it for me. I'm planning the next ones I'm getting. Prolly a purse, of course!

Good evening (its 2324 uk time!) *standing up* My name is Loladahling....and I am a Pandoraholic!! Yahoo - the shopping trip was fruitful!! Today I became the proud owner of Queen Bee, Pillow Heart and Strawberry - really wanted the cupcake and the silver bead with the crown on but my local store (only one for miles around) didn't have a great deal in. The sales lady was really helpful though and explained she was suprised at how low the stocks have been lately - she said she hopes to have them replenished, along with new beads, by mid April. Apparantly Pandora get their stocks at the end of next week and it takes a few weeks to filter through to the stores. I saw the charms I wanted, also the dog, on MeMeMe but really like going into the shops to buy things - its all part of the experience!!
The sales lady looked at my bracelet and didn't think anything was wrong with it, but reassured me that if anything happened to bring it straight in, she even put my phone number on a list so I could be informed when the new batch is in - yay!
BTW the guitar pick idea sounds fab, my son is now minus one of his!!
