Reading up on various posts about TRR (not just this site) it seems most of their reputation took a hit in 2013 and 2014 that I've seen. Also much referred to fake clothing rather than handbags. I'm not posting to be a TRR cheerleader but I would have a little more confidence they have gotten their act together in my opinion.

I hear you. By no means am I advocating against them, just proceeding with caution. It's less of a concern that they may have accidentally sold fakes and more of a concern the manner in which those incidents were handled. In the past week, I have had three bags authenticated that I purchased from them (Chloe, balenciaga and Dior) - so it doesn't seem that I've been sold any fakes. I have one LV to authenticate, which I'm engaging a paid authenticator for. I don't think that they intend to sell fakes but if it does happen and they are bullish about returns, then people should be aware of that. Especially since they don't provide the necessary pictures up front for authentication.

The Mrs. has not branched out to anything but Louie at this point from TRR. Fortunately they seem to do a pretty good job picture wise on the LVs they sell. Description wise on the purse's condition leaves something to be desired. Really have to zoom in on the photos to feel comfortable on your purchase.
