Hello,
Could any of you tell me, that have used authenticate4me, how long it took for you guys to get an answer?
I sent two messages and got no answer, and now, 12th of this month I sent the payment and pictures but still have not heard anything.
So now I want to know when to expect something

I sent payment and pics and got a response the same day. They requested more pics and then I received the authentication letter the next day. I'm guessing it was so fast because I used them way before the holidays, they might be backed up with lots of orders for authentication. Good luck!

This happened to me as well. I think sometimes they have problems with their site and don't receive emails at all so they don't even know you tried to contact them. I ended up using getting my money back from paypal

& here I thought, they're not responding to my emails because all they received from me was words, no money.

It took several days to have my item authenticated which annoyed me (I needed to submit more pics, but was told 2-3 days after my submission), however, a nice lady told me ahead my item was authentic before the official email came to me but only after me showing my concern for things not being timely. I tried ****************** and I had my answer next day.

I've used them twice, both experiences took over a week to get my authentication. I had to send a few emails, and they said sometimes they have trouble with their server? It happened both times to me however.. I believe I replied to them through the request confirmation and got a quicker response the second time I used them! HTH!

I think you mean authenticate4U?

It has been discussed publicly on the eBay forum that Lesley was very sick and in the hospital for a couple weeks. They are currently working through a backlog. Which email are you using? There has been an updated email address - [email protected].

****************** is not recommended and have been discussed on many threads. Carol has had too many "oopsies" for my comfort and I wouldn't recommend her, either.

Just my .02.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good online authenticator that specializes in Louis Vuitton? Do you have any good experiences you would like to share? Or bad ones, so I know which one to steer away from?

I purchased my first pre-loved item this weekend from an online auction site. I did my homework, collected detailed images of this type of bag and I even brought two of my LV store bought items to compare it with (I didn't have it send to me, I collected it myself). The stitching, the hardwear, the heathstamp and the materials are all spot on. I believe my judgement is correct, but still I would like to have an expert take a look at it to confirm my findings. Especially if I want to do more pre-loved shopping in the future. I already tried the authentication thread here on the forum, but unfortunately that didn't lead to an authentication of the item.
