I am hesitant to order online now after hearing your stories on TPF. I am based in Belgium and am eyeing the Travel Beautycase. Of course I would love that it’s delivered in their pretty packaging :confused1:

Is there any TPF members from Belgium who have any good experience with online purchases?

I did get a box but not the satin ribbon, the big one. There was thin satin ribbon on the small boxes that has the charms. I also got two dust bags. I am using one for the strap. I think it depends on who packs the bag. I am ok with it now though. I love the bag and enjoying it and that's all that matters to me now :)

Are you in Belgium? Did you get the beautycase as well?
