Good idea to refuse the shipment! My full refund was credited to my card. Overall very good experience dealing with their returns department. When I first submitted the request, they emailed me to ask if I had all the original packing materials, dust bag, care card, etc. I did, and they approved my return within a day or two. I didn't get into the authenticity of the items, I just stated that my return reason was the color and size was not as expected. I will not be buying any high end designer items from overstock after this.

Yea ditto. Never again. They also asked me if the packaging and tags were intact and I said yes and they then asked the reason for the return. That shouldn't matter but I didn't say fake either I just said it wasn't what I thought and I didn't like it on me.

Ironically I have since got a Chloe Faye in a stunning dark purple wine color, brand new from a Uk department store so I ended up getting one for a steal anyway but the RIGHT way.

I returned two Chloe Faye bags for the same reason. Did you get your refund from Overstock after you returned the item? I returned mine and Overstock stated that they will contact me in a few days via a returns specialist because they are high value items. I am really hoping that they do not give me any issues.

Yes I got my refund from Overstock. The bag was from their Marketplace. Will never buy from Overstock again.

This is very distressing to read. I would have never expected Overstock to sell fakes, but I will be sure to avoid them from now on. I have bought things from them, but never higher end items.

I agree, I'm actually pretty shocked. I would have expected them to sell authentic, although I assume they are a "grey market" retailer like Costco or Jomashop.

Bought a fake Celine handbag from a seller that purchased it at Overstock.com.
At this point I have no recourse - too late for a PP claim.
Quite upset - I should have authenticated sooner.
