Your Outlet has an amazing selection of retail deletes!! I'm so jealous. :/. My Outlet rarely has any stock this good. It's really curious and frustrating why some Outlets get many retail deletes while others get practically none. :confused1:
I'm told it is based on the tier of each store. The higher the tier, the more full price deletes they will receive from boutique stores. Also, a higher tier store will receive more quantity and better selection of the outlet items, such as more colors etc.

That outlet usually doesn’t get many deletes but I’m guessing they’ve been doing really well from resellers purchasing large quantities of outlet stock? I was genuinely surprised to see that many deletes. I’m assuming it also has to do with the end of the SAS transfer to the outlets. I’m sure in a month or two there will barely be any deletes left and they’ll go back to being excluded from promotion.
I went back last night and it was messier and there was less good stuff. Forgot to take pics of the other stuff but they still had swaggers, white sohos, suede fringe clutch, heather grey and peony saddle 23 bags.

I may have bought some stuff:blush:

Wow I was at an outlet yesterday and all deletes were excluded from promotion and were only 50% off. 2 different SA's told me they were excluded when they saw me looking. I'm jealous of your outlet. I'd love that tooled tea rose bandit!

The sales are different by region. Also, specific bags, especially specific colors are excluded. You have to ask the SA to check certain bags in the computer system for you.

Aww, that’s weird it depends on the region! The FOS online sale says 60% off for online and in stores though ): I bought the tooled tea rose bandit... the bandits aren’t popular here.
 
It’s in Northern California and they don’t do charge sends :sad: I asked last week.
I think it is rare if you find one that will do a charge send. I don't think it is the outlet policy now. They will do a found order if you go in store. I just ordered two bags yesterday via my outlet - the chalk rogue tote w/ links and the peony bandit. The tote was 60/20 off but the bandit was only 60 off. I'll need to check it within 14 days to see if the discount got better on the bandit. I was surprised it gave me that price after a day leaving the retail SAS. This will complete my bandit collection and now I can move my pouches around and even create solid colors for several of them. The beechwood strap from the peony can be moved to my beechwood bandit. The chalk strap from the beechwood bandit can be moved to my chalk bandit, etc. The only one I didn't find a use for was the midnight navy one. Coach navy can be so dark it is almost black. The marine strap on that pouch didn't really go with much so I'm OK with not having that one.

So how exactly do you order a bag through your outlet? Do you just go up to the register and say you want to order style#xxx? Will they ship it to your house? Are they ordering from a different store or from JAX? My outlet is always so busy and they are not super helpful.

It is usually best when it isn't so busy. I'm usually there later on Fri or Sat evening. Yes, I just give them the style number and they can place the order. Usually there is a $10 shipping charge and they can ship to your house via UPS. Depending on inventory, the bag can come from the warehouse in JAX or another outlet may ship it. I guess it depends on availability. The last two I ordered came from JAX. One looked brand new and the other looked like a return because the stuffing was out of most of it. It was still in great shape, though.
 
I usually ask a manager to assist with the found order since they are more familiar with the process. Sometimes they doubted it was available but they try putting it thru and it goes so that can help, too! You can get a printed and/or emailed receipt at the store but you don't receive a shipping notification from Coach. I had to look in my UPS MyChoice and saw them coming.
