I didn't either but the customer service person said it was a random invite via a computer. I usually log on to the site to see when the next online sale will be particularly when I suspect some retail bags may appear.

Here are a few quick snaps of the retail items from today. This section was 30% off and then another 50% off (everything in the store was 50% off.

When I was at my outlet a week or so ago, the FP deletes were only 50% off. It was the clearance items were 50% plus 30% off but they were mostly MFF products. Maybe I need to go back!
In the past I have. Some cashiers would give it back and some wouldn't. I even had a manager ring me up and give it back before. The most recent time I used it though, the cashier id'd me to make sure that it was in my name and confirmed my email address was the one that was eligible. I think it's in the system under your account and she marked it as used.
Also, I have noticed that the last week or so of the tiered postcard. they sometimes end up handing out the same tiered coupon at the door for everyone to use.
That’s the store in Cabazon CA. The clearance stuff was 40% and then another 50%.
I got a phone holder/wallet/wristlet thing as a gift for $15 plus tax. Not sure who for but at that price I had to.
I’m going back tomorrow morning to get my mother the outlaw 36 in black with the leopard printed haircalf. It’ll be less than 350 after tax.
Well, this was a surprise! Last night I bumped into two of the sales associates from my local Coach outlet (Aurora, IL) while shopping at the Lord & Taylor store - in a totally different mall - and we instantly recognized each other! Obviously, I spend too much time in the Coach outlet store!
To make me look even more guilty, I was carrying a great big Coach shopping bag because I had just spent a lot of money on a beautiful new bag at the Coach boutique in that same mall (Oak Brook, IL). And I was carrying my Coach Rory bag, decorated with my Coach reindeer fob, and I was wearing a Coach scarf, watch, earrings, necklace, and ring - I really need to get a (non-Coach) life, but not quite yet!
I asked them if "they were likely to start handing out the tiered coupon to all customers during the week before Christmas?" and they said that they "weren't sure but expect that it will happen - because Coach has done it in the past."
I told them that I've had already used up my email tiered coupon for stocking stuffer gifts - and I got the feeling that they might let me use it again - but I didn't push it.
They also said that "we will be starting our 2-day free shipping soon, so look for that!" so I expect that "free, fast shipping" will be part of the next online outlet sale that starts tomorrow.

Oh I just remembered, I should get the card case too to go in my strawberry kiss lock bag since it won't fit a big wallet.

Agreed. I like it without the dowel. I just feel the dowels look dated. (JMO). I'll have to check them out.
By the way, just called my outlet. They won't receive the fruity print stuff because they are tier 2. I was told only tier 1 stores will receive them. I'm annoyed but thought I share so you don't waste a trip if you know what tier level your outlet store is.
