I've had good luck with phone orders at the Las Vegas outlet. 702.386.9990
Everyone there is amazingly nice. The outlet usually has everything. I understand that their backstock is in a separate warehouse--can you even imagine?? I have ordered from there about 4-5 times during Covid.
If you know what you want, just call with the style number and ask.

Yes. Most stores have a larger stock room...the larger the store the larger the room. Some have off site stock rooms
