You're joking right? I tried to order that bag like so many times and even the Ambassadors told me there were NONE left. I can't even think about it any more. Coach is too frustrating....

Retail inventory is different than outlet inventory. Retail will tell you they are all gone but in truth they are only gone from retail inventory. Boutique SAs, customer service reps and ambassadors don't have access to outlet inventory.
