I agree. It's very bad here in the US.
Even an LV employee I spoke with agreed it's bad, and that they don't feel like LV is giving them the resources (inventory) to meet their full sales potential.
A lot of SA's have to go out of their way to source items, and when they do, they make the customer feel like was such a hard task to find the item, to take their $2500.00.
I feel like the Asian & European markets are taken care of, though.
In the last couple of weeks, I was looking for a bag charm/key holder, which doesn't show as discontinued in LV's system, but it hasn't been restocked in North America in over a month, yet every other market has it available for purchase on their website. (yes, able to place the item in your cart for checkout)
I almost ended up using ShopandBox to purchase the Key holder, but I was able to find it at Retail, from a Seller in Germany, on eBay.
