Ostrich bag owners, will you buy another Ostrich bag?

I love my ostrich bags so much, I had to get them in a trio! Sharing my black birkin 25, blue nuit c18, and nata/gris asphalt mk2.

I have bags in barenia faubourg, Togo, swift, chevre and tadelakt, and a wallet in box. Ostrich is by far my favourite. It is so durable, and holds its shape really well.

Will be looking for lizard, alligator and croc next! Wish me luck!

Easier. Ostrich is less in demand (not everyone’s cup of tea plus the price point)

Not easier - it is more difficult to garner an offer in ostrich than other leathers, same as exotics.

At my last boutique visit I was offered an exotic Constance in gold ghw(did not ask which one exactly, declined immediately). Is it possible to guess which exotic leather it must have been because of the colour combination (I know that not all the leathers are available in gold) or it must have been croc/alligator because noone wants that and because of that I was offered it ? haha

Since it’s an exotic, I would guess it’s harder than a non exotic. But, I’d def mention to your SA bc not everyone likes ostrich and if your SA knows you appreciate it, maybe it will increase your chances of being offered.

It depends on the style of the bag. I find that it's easier to be offered a bag in an exotic skin if it's not a B/K. My cousin was offered a Roulis in Lizard and a mini Lindy in ostrich and she is not a big spender.

I think it is easier to get offers in ostrich.
