Hey ladies what do you think of the modern chain grand shopper? Color wise will it go with alot? It looks kinda like a pinky-brown to me. Does anyone own this and can comment on how practical it is.

I don't know how new/old that one is but I know some of the MCs were recalled so I would be careful depending on when that bag was made.

Yeah I'm not so sure about the color either! I want a tote in tan/camel color which seems to be hard to find.

The modern chain bags that were defective (breaking links) were the ones with the resin (hard plastic) chain, not the metal chains. These bags were recalled and the problems were resolved. Just FYI.

BTW, I love the modern chain tote. This particular one looks like the "pumpkin" colored one which was like an orange/tan color.

I'm not a huge fan of that color personally but it may just be the photo.

Yes, it is more of an orange color. There was one on ebay a while ago. Very pretty..I love the modern chain!
