That's actually really beautiful. I am surprised with all the small boys over here in Vegas. I never thought about them before, but since my OG boy and I have figured it all out, I am digging the boys. And having a boy family. The small ones are almost easier to maneuver than the larger ones for some reason?
So I am going to put a white one on my WISH LIST. That's right ladies. A WISH LIST. Downstairs here at my hotel, we've got the closest 2 Chanel boutiques in the world (proximity to each other), and I haven't spent all my $$, and feel very proud about having a WISH LIST! On my list: white small boy, another color trendy cc (the blue was up there, an 'almost but not quite' color), and that awesome gunmetal large quilted tote. Don't know the name but it's beautiful and expensive.
In my FINALE! The below items are items I really liked but did not pull the trigger on....

Here's the list of this tour de crazy. 3 small boys - pink, burgundy with chains, and the bronze. 1 seasonal - white "day trip" bag. And 1 top handle boy in camel. And the 4 shoes. On super sale. And a little zip card case - mademoiselle - in red.

Can I just say that I am relatively new to tPF, but THIS THREAD exemplifies exactly why I am here??? Eye candy. Shopping. Insanity. Gorgeousness. I had so much fun reading this it's, like, not even healthy.
Tracey, I'm Summer. Nice to meet you. I love your taste. The bags you ended up with are perfection. Thank God you returned the crochets!!! Listen, I love a boho crochet bag as much as the next hippie chick, but . . . those hurt my heart. I feel like a crochet bag should be something truly low-key; something you find in a beach-side shop -- these flaps just seemed INAPPROPRIATELY DRESSED, if you know what I mean. Like they were trying to pose as something that they inherently are not. Reason and justice prevailed this time.
The top-handle camel, especially against your black outfit . . . OMG.
And finally, I TOTALLY GET YOU about "pairs." When I began my foray into Balenciaga, I wanted to buy two at once. When I decided that buying both was not smart, I decided to buy none. That is EXACTLY how my mind works too. Something about separating the pair makes each individual one seem less special??? I don't get it. I'm that way with almost everything. If I'm going to buy one, I may as well go on and buy two! Having both makes me enjoy each one individually MORE (and if I find one more . . . then, obviously, I need four). For the record, I ended up going back and buying just the one Balenciaga bag. Maybe I'm growing??? I also got ONE black Chanel Medallion Tote, even though I feel like now I need a pink or beige one to be complete. Reason would advise me to get a beige flap instead - variety, versatility, etc., etc., which MAKES MORE SENSE, but totally disturbs this "collector" impulse in my brain. Maybe high-end handbags is where I'll finally let go of this tendency! I noticed you ended up with 5 bags - ARE YOU OK? - but perhaps, given the totality of your collection, symmetry is still intact. LOL. I love that this came up. I've never really been able to explain it to anyone. Honestly, there is something very satisfying about the haul you ended up with - it seems perfectly complete, with nothing extra, which is where we all want to be.

Oh Gail, I am sure I'm not done-done. Just done. There are 2 kinds of done you know? I am done for now. I am LEAVING LAS VEGAS! Definitely poorer and more materialistic for having been here, but feeling a bit like a princess. (I never feel like this because I am a tom boy at heart but it seems like something fitting to say).
OMG I have scratched that itch so much it's like raw and the skin is gone. I am going to have to go home and recover and think about exactly what did I just get? The blue handle boy is beautiful. I had only seen the navy before, this one is very pretty for sure. Of the ones I liked and left, this one in blue and in red; and then the Trendy CC in blue, and that purple pizzazzy one I posted on the stock thread. But it's not suitable for my lifestyle.
Are we in the confession room? Because I went to return a little boy zip card case last night, I had found a fabulous card case/ wallet at Dior that is SO much more user friendly, and.....cough....ok my bonus is gone. Let's just say that. Should I post them? I don't drink but I am feeling a bit shopping hangover.

Hi Summer! Ok you and I are instant soul mates! I have IMPROVED over the years by not having to have EVERY COLOR in some style I like of anything - shoes, bags, jeans, lulu, perfumes, jewelry, like, if I didn't own every color made, it irked me to such a degree I would feel like getting rid of the whole damn collection because it wasn't complete. It's an OCD thing (from your local therapist here) and I know it. I come from a long line of collectors. Not really shoppers as much as shopping to COLLECT. My father and mother both have the genetics for this (anxiety for one) and collect things in the most amazing arenas. You should have seen me in the juicy couture days. OMG. I had to have every color of every tracksuit. SO I get on these tangents and DO a collection. To me, it's like, exhausting and fun for sure, but I am actually TRYING to complete something. So, I've made inroads to improvement by not having to have every color of everything. But pairs, yes, something about pairs. Shoes even. One black, one beige. One navy and one white. One gray and one red. You name it. SOMETIMES 3 is allowed. It's like once I have 2, I can have 3. I don't have to have 4 because I have already passed the pair threshold.
I am walking away with 6 bags from Vegas, plus the camel boy I received before. Returning the crochets and pink borse is already returned. With my bonus I did also get lots of fun clothes, 4 pr of Chanel shoes on sale, some Vince shoes on sale, some makeup, 3 REALLY cool LV bangle bracelets in yellow, rose and white gold (plated of course not solid) etc. It went a long way! Seriously I stretched that baby to the point where I've had a style makeover!!
Now, I haven't posted the last 2 I managed to do at 11pm last night. Sober. The camel boy already has its friend at home in black. 3 small boys. A "day trip" bag in white. NOW the red and navy were also beautiful in this, and the price point is excellent for this bag. I was proud of myself for walking away from the read and navy and only going for white, which is what I wanted, a white bag. So that little guy will be without a partner.
This all said I may have a little wish list going to a spouse to my "day trip" bag (certainly NOT right now!) and what's at home are the other pairs of chevron mini squares and pair of trendy CC's. Sorry if this is so detailed. I think you probably understand where I am coming from

Yes YOU DO!! I haven't gone all Glenn Close obsessed on the SLG's. Yet. My disorder is picky. Let's hope we are able to bypass this one right? And yes, I need to start enjoying what I got. Ok.
