I recently purchased the OTG canvas bag from the By The Pool collection. I just noticed that the canvas is slightly misaligned at the bottom of the bag. Is this normal, or is my bag a defect?

It doesn’t bother me so much since it’s at the bottom of the bag, but I’m concerned it might be perceived as fake if I try to sell it later when I’m bored of it.

Hi I have the NF GM and onthego GM and I would say they are fairly the same while wearing it because of the straps and the way the onthego is structured if that makes sense.

This is the original model with the glazed edges and this is a known issue. The bag was updated shortly after it was released due to this issue. Please take it to your nearest LV or contact LV client services for assistance. I had the original model too and exchanged mine for the new model earlier this year. Best wishes!

How long did you have the original before you exchange for the newer model? Mine hasn’t been a problem but I would be sad if I had to exchange it because the straps are now black and I like how mine is the matching monogram

Hey all, quick query. I purchased my on the go mm on the LV website in February. I’ve decided I need to sell her due to a change in employment but I’m freaking out slightly as when I put the date code into the check it says it’s not valid! Has anyone else who purchased one at the start of this year had the same issue?

I have one, and I’ve been happy with it’s durability. I’m cautious where I set it down keeping in mind that it’s textile, but I’m careful with all my bags.
