I’ve now had two issues with the long straps and I was offered a new bag rather than repairing a second time. My husband went in to drop off the bag for repair again and then was told they would just replace. They gave him the new bag, but it’s MIU and I had MIF, plus the handles look the same in both bags. The new MIU bag doesn’t have the glazing on the sides of the bag, but in 7 months I’ve had zero issues with the glazing on the sides of my bag. I had balked at the idea of MIU when he called me about it, so they said they would keep my bag for a week and could repair it again if I really wanted. I’m guessing my strap issues are part of why the change?

That’s strange. It doesn’t really seem like the black handles go with this bag.
Wow, I have something like this happen to my strap on my fake bag, it is really disappointing to see it on the authentic. LV quality is really going down. I wonder why are they doing frequent price increases if their products are defective.
You can wear it with LV bandouliere strap attached to handles, this bag is just amazing. I received mine today
I received my OTG MM today & absolutely love it. I placed the order online in Australia just 3-4 days back. Though I did tell my SA to keep an eye out for it. Earlier I did wanted the OTG but it was too big for me for everyday use, takes in my laptop. Very structured & stylish love the way it’s made. Can go cross body with LV bandouliere strap in winters.. easy pizzy 
I was wandering about the canvas handles and thought it could be a problem with glazing and cracking issue, I love how they look like with small printing, however would prefer to have it in leather not just long shoulder strap, but handles also in black leather or in brown leather like ONTHEGO Teddy.
My opinion yes too light as I was at a LV store choosing between black, cream and monogram for travel and purchased black.
IMO, it’s a beautiful bag but would not be ideal for travel and color transfer will be an issue.
I know. I don't get it at all. They do not go with that bag IMO.
It's yet another LV bag with issues.. I don't understand how a luxury brand just keeps releasing items with KNOWN (glazing) issues. How about..find a new formula of glaze..adhesive... different material. Something! It's like there's such a rush to just keep releasing new styles that the focus on quality is almost of no consequence. It just doesn't make any sense...

I completely agree. They look like an afterthought and they don't match a thing on the bag.
Yes I would like the look still if they had brown leather handles/straps, but the new change has me hoping I can just get my bag repaired. I do not like the look of black with the reverse mono.
