Was there anything wrong with yours or were you being proactive!?! I also have the original and I haven’t had any issue so idk if I should also bring it in or just wait it out and see what happens.Stopped into the Atlanta store with my (original) OTG, I asked about the glazing and they gave me a brand new one
I preferred the look of the original but I don't really want to have problems down the road. The new one feels totally different.
Nothing was wrong with mine, other than the bag as a whole was really floppy and barely stood up. The “new” one is super sturdy and the canvas feels twice as thick. This one stands up stiff like a Dior book tote.
Received my preloved giant reverse OnTheGo today...I like it although it’s big! I didn’t think I was going to like the size but I like it better carried by the handles...I’ll have to put my stuff in, I may use an organizer...

I only just got mine, but chiming in here. What I've been doing with my bigger bags is that I use the same amount of items that I use in my smaller bags, just in a bigger bag. So, compact wallet, toiletry 15, large key class in multicolore, sunglasses, and sometimes my iPad Mini which does fit in my Emp Pochette Metis. I see the bag as an accessory to my outfit and basically don't care if it's almost empty.
I guess what I'm saying is, it can be heavy if filled up, but just carrying a few things, it's fine. If I were planning a full day on my feet, I'd likely carry a different bag. I have plenty of choices!

This is what's in my Onthego today! She's my lunch date. Hubby is going too. 
I am excited about the smaller version...I just returned the OnTheGo in reverse, I found it heavy and big and was afraid I would not use it....
I returned mine, too. I want an everyday bag, and am so hopeful the smaller version will be released with Cruise 20/20 next month.
