I had a wonderful experience calling Customer Relations and ordering a hard to find item (I am in the US). It arrived the next day, gift wrapped, with all the appropriate paperwork and even a shopping bag.

My only disappointed was that I did not receive a travel pouch. I called Customer Relations again, and they said they would send me one. Well, when my package arrived from Cartier, they had sent me a red shopping bag instead of the travel pouch. I called Customer Relations again and they said this time they would send me a travel pouch (somehow my first request went into the system for a bag not a pouch). Fingers crossed the travel pouch will arrive soon!

UPDATE . . . I finally recieved the travel pouch, and they also included the cleaning kit. It took 11 days to arrive (shipping took 5 of those days) but it all worked out in the end!

Hello!

I would like to make my first Cartier purchase for my 41st bday (JUC bracelet - thin - in yellow gold). The closest boutique is over three hours away and I live in a very snowy cold place! So I am thinking of doing an online order. I don’t mind losing out on the travel pouch, but other than that, does anyone have any good/bad experiences with ordering through the website?

Thank you so much!

The travel pouch? I’m not sure if they will or will not include it, I’ve just read on previous posts that it may not come with the bracelet if you do an online order. I could ask for it but it isn’t going to deter me from placing an online order if they don’t. I’m wondering if shipping, billing, packaging, and customer service is a good experience?

I placed 4 orders last year. Asked multiple times. They said the were going to send me travel pouches, but never did...

Yes, it is a good experience. I have ordered online/by phone multiple times with no issues.

They generally never send the travel pouch and cleaning kits during that time.

However, I have always emailed them later with my order number, etc and have always gotten them later. During Covid, it’s taken longer but they will eventually send it.

Don’t ask verbally. Send an email as it creates a paper trail, and someone has to be held accountable.

Thank you so much for the feedback!!! I am going to place the order tomorrow. Very excited :)

Cartier online experience is good. Shipping, Billing and Returns are not a problem at all. I have 2 Cartier pieces and both were ordered through the e-boutique. However, I highly recommend that you analyze your piece throughly when it comes. They sent me a used and scratched up JUC thin and when I called to let them know, they didn't apologize for it but accepted the return with no problem. So just be cautious about that.
