I'm going to Paris next months maybe for 3 days possible 20th of July. Is there any big event in Paris at that time? Wish to score Birkin and Kelly for sure

I was in FSH early May and this super stylish young lady was carrying a violet croc and she was treated like a royalty, was given champagne and a few SA's fussed over her...
Anybody care to advise me on how to build relationship with SA's in Paris?
I mean.. i dont live in Paris, i live in jakarta, I only go to Paris once a year, for only 3-4 days, say if they dont have a Birkin and if i spend EUR2000 on something else like wallets or scarfs would they really remember me and help me to get a Birkin when i come back there the year after? most likely not... so how oh how can i build relationship with the SA? :cry: this might be a stupid stupid question.. but im clueless here.. please advise..

I was at FSH today and I don't think it would have mattered what bag you carried or whether you had a relationship or not.
The inventory was low...nothing more than a few swift 35 Kellys in the AM and even when some obvious celerbity or weatlhy
customer arrived in the afternoon (and was greated by about 5 SAs), all they had to offer her was a Kelly Lakis. I did hear the SA
confirm what my local SA told me last month...Kellys are on the upswing, hotter than birkins right now!

Hello ladies - need your advice - I have a full day layover in Paris on Monday, July 4, and I intend to be at FSH by 10 am. What do you think the chances are for scoring a birkin that way? Is inventory so low that I should not even bother? Also, what about Georges V?

I think it is worth going to both stores. Perhaps start at FSH, then George V and then back to FSH. I am not sure if the Rue du Grenelle store is still open. I am sure someone can chime in. Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.
I was in Paris 3 weeks ago, lucky me, i got two birkin, both 35, one jeans blue and one elephant grey. i also got a 35 kelly which is dark grey. My SA was really helpful and the way i did is ask the SA for Lindy first (this is wat my friend wanted) and ask about the kelly then. after i confirmed i wanna both the lindy and kelly, i asked if the store had birkin and my SA checked for me. Eventually, i got two birkins and one kelly, but droped off the lindy. oh, and he told me that the waiting list would be open in Sep. so better go there in Sep lol... Wow jackie, congrats on your birkins! I want the etoupe birkin so bad... but our local store (Sydney Asutralia) doesn't have any and I am on their loooong loooong waitlist. Wish I could fly to Paris now.... but my baby is way too young for that type of travel right now... please post pics when you can and share it with all of us!

HLoveH...I have been in Paris all week. I have usually had luck with the approach Jackie described. However, this time it was very diffuclt. I was offered a few Kellys and bought a 25cm and a Jige...but still no big Kelly or Birkin. On Friday afternoon,
the SA at FSH told me that they did not receive a shipment that day and did not expect one on Sat...so perhaps you will have good luck on Monday. I do have to admit that, although I have always had wonderful experiences at the FSH store in the past,
this trip was not particularly pleasant...too crowded, too many tourists, it was a battle. If this had been my first FSH or H experience, I would probably never have returned.
