I got one of those the one time I got a bag from the store. Actually, BF was the one who got it. He was surprised and pleased.

That is so nice when a SA takes that extra minute or two to make you feel appreciated. I have gotten notes only a few times. Once from Gucci and also from Nordstrums.

I have to say, I always get a note from my SA. And she sent me another one letting me know the new floor set would be up on 3/5/07. I love my SA!

I love receiving these little thank you notes in the mail. In my own experience buying from the boutique, the SAs have been consistent in sending me notes, even if I buy a little key chain! It really makes my day!

Wow, I didn't know they did that either till I got one from Bebe, after I bought a suit and a few other items. I was suprised because it was everything I got was 65% off. That definately made me want to shop there more for my professional outfits!!!

It's a great business approach!

I have to call my SA since I'm not close to a store here. Never even gotten to see her in person! But she's sent me a thank you for my purchase which was so fun to get! I keep things like that!

I think it's probably also nice to send thank you's to them for their hard work and kindness! I recently had a very good experience with another online retailer and sent them a note thanking them for going above and beyond what I expected! My message was sent on to the SA who packaged my items. I would imagine that it was nice to hear something positive from a customer!

I just received a thank you note on Coach stationery from the SA in Hawaii! She was thanking me for the Legacy Stripe French Wallet that I purchased over the phone from her last month!

Unfortunately, I am selling that wallet and a few other items to fund my newest purchases!

It was nice to receive that note, though!
