i have gotten a few handwritten notes and they say the exact same thing (each from the same SA) and she is a nice SA, but I just thought that adding that personal touch with the reminder and the choice of bag was so sweet and in a way makes up for the ucky handwriting.

Oh, the SAs I have worked with at Troy have been great!! There is one fantastic SA (Christine) that has been super nice, and put up with my indecisive personality. Sometimes it takes me a little while to pick what I want, I appreciate being able to do a couple of laps around the store while deciding.

She is soooo nice! Maybe i'll run into you sometime

I love that! When I bought my Fendi Spy over the phone I got a beautiful note from the woman who helped me. It's nice to be treated well when you're spending good money. I once got followed around Prada like a criminal and, needless to say, I refuse to return to that store.
