I HEARD OF LOUIS VUITTON S.A'.S DOING THIS BUT I GOT HOME FROM WORK TODAY TO FIND A LETTER FOR STAMFORD CONN. I WAS THINKING I DONT KNOW ANYBODY FROM THERE, I OPENED IT UP AND................................

IT WAS A LETTER FROM THE S.A. THAT HELPED ME PICKED OUT MT SIGNATURE TOTE TWO WEEKS AGO I WAS SO SURPRIZED AND HAPPY!!

My SAs in Chicagoland suburbs always sent out thank you letters ( I purchased from two different stores there) .... but after moving, I have yet to receive them from the Troy store. Doesn't mean I won't purchase anything, I did notice that though....

I've saved all of mine, so come to think of it - that would be a cute thing to put in along with the scrapbook idea!! Here's to finding all of them!! (LOL... one is in the coffee table, one is in the door of my car...and so on.)

Oh! Thanks for telling me that sprinkles!! I moved to MI at the end of November and have had a couple of group purchases so far, but I didn't even think of it being holidays, so they probably wouldn't be able to do those things.

I'll have to wait and see what happens after I order my spring things! I appreciate you mentioning that, because I was wondering if they only did that in the Chicagoland stores for some reason.

Oh, the SAs I have worked with at Troy have been great!! There is one fantastic SA (Christine) that has been super nice, and put up with my indecisive personality. Sometimes it takes me a little while to pick what I want, I appreciate being able to do a couple of laps around the store while deciding.
