I am 5'4" and 5'6" with the heels. This is my first Work and honestly, I thought it was going to overwhelm me- I had a Weekender once and it was HUGE! But as soon as I started stuffing stuff into the bag, it slouched and lost that large, boxy shape- so I am really pleasantly surprised at the fit!

Thanks for that info! The bag looks amazing on you, I have one on the way and thought it would be too big. I'm so relieved to see that it won't overwhelm me.
