Congrats on the job!!!! You're going to LOVE working there (I know I did). My vote goes for the Ergo. You already have the other two styles, and every girl needs a black bag in her collection (plus since you wear so much black at work you'll look so chic going to and from your job). I love the two other bags as well but i would also be a little worried about such a large light coloured bag, and although the rose shoulder bag is cute, i felt that it was a little too "little girly" (but that was just for me. I've seen it look great on others and I also have the Pond SB and love it to pieces so I understand your passion for the style). When it comes down to it, you can't go wrong. All are great styles and you'll be happy with whatever you choose, but my vote still goes for the black patent.
