Way to blame... the computer (???) Makes no sense. They are the ones controlling the amount submitted. The computer is only a tool. Maybe they don't get this yet?
The bag *looks* authentic. I went back and checked those pictures, yet again, before you'd won it yesterday. Fingers double crossed! (triple crossed! -- ouch, that hurts!).
