If I dont, then I will have to let you guys know so that this won't happen to you too. This is from a reputable reseller so I am conscious about the shops name. You know, in case there is a good explaination for this.

You have been incredibly patient, far more than I would have been....I would send them an e-mail stating you expect a response from the manager within 48 hours. If you still receive no response then e-mail again say you will be contacting your lawyer as you are now starting to doubt they are still in receipt of the bag

It doesn't even seem like they should be able to take your bag to H for cleaning without your permission, and if they can, they should have at least told you what they were planning to do!!!

The location of your property should be disclosed to you immediately!!!!!

But glad to know that at least I have done nothing wrong. I hate going into a big thing but the fact is no one knows where the bag is just scared the sh*t out of me!!!

This is uncceptable. They don't deserve your loyality. Why do they say they don't know where it is, is it lost or being cleaned? If its being cleaned then they should just say its still at H.

How about having one of the NYC tpf'ers call & act like they want to buy an H bag just like the one you took in?
