I got a beautiful unity oil lamp candles set for my wedding on Sunday.
Unfortunately, the flame is currently like 3-4 inches tall! I've already trimmed the top of the wick to a little stub, which didn't even help. I think websites recommend a 1/2" trim at the top and I have less than that even, which still didn't help.
Please give suggestions on what to do to get the flames down to a normal size? Should I trim the bottom of the wick as well?
