I had this same story happen to me and it took the post office 2 weeks to recover my Coach Watch the box had been opened but the contents looked perfect. I was one day away from filing my insurance claim.

I had to be a pain but I got my watch and I think it was due to me being a very big pain. Good luck I hope you get your bag in perfect NEW condition!

Oh no!! I'm so sorry for you, this is just awful! If I were in your shoes I would be at my nearest Fed Ex pick up facility raising the roof until I got results...but I get mean like that when I am treated poorly.

Coach and Fedex dont mix IMO! That is why I always have my packages delivered to a store!! this one time (today) i was supposed to get sneakers delivered to my home (i ordered it from coach in florida and i KNEW they got my address wrong)
my dad was home all day waiting for my package.. they never rang the bell! my building has like 5-8 apartments and only 2 on the second floor! plus our mailboxes have our names on it!! i had to go downtown to Fedex to get it.. waited an hour!

Did it get resolved yet? I know if the package didn't arrive coach will deal with fedex and get you a new bag

I am not sure about if u ordered from jax but my store had this happen a few times and we recommend that it be delivered to the store so there's no bs from fedex

I hope you have your new tote by now! I love that bag and am forevre debating between colors but I think the natural has won me over.

I am really embarrassed! Here is what happened. The last time FedEx delivered to my house, he saw my husband and recognized him. My husband is a Supt. of a dept. for the city in which we live. So, the delivery guy just decided to deliver my package, that was addressed to my home, at the office where my husband works. My husband did not bother to call me and let me know that he had my coach package. I had called Fedex 4 times and Coach Boutique 2 and Jax 2 times. So, in walks my husband with a big box and asked "what is that" "OH it's your package the FedEx guy just left it at work" so I had some calls to make and also several apologies. Long story short - too late for that- anyway I got my Slim Tote on Fri.
Thanks for everyone's support. I was really upset, but everything turned out great. That is what you get, when you live in a small town in OHIO.
