Absolutely unacceptable. For a brand new bag i would be livid. I hope you can take it to a store so that you can inspect your replacement carefully. Macy's is losing a lot of money by packing their bags like this..

I've always thought raspberry looked so good on Cindy though. Hope you can get a replacement because she is a beauty.

It was shipped in a pretty big box so I was happy thinking it was Ok but when I opened it they put a bunch of paper on the bottom of the box but since they put so much paper they had to jam the bag in so it would fit! I have it stuffed now and will give it a day or two but I think this one will be going back. So sad!

Well I returned the fuschia Cindy back to Macy's - the bag never recovered from the shipping. However, I was at the mall this weekend and couldn't stay away from the MK store and they have amazing sales!! The Cindy is on sale - both large and medium- at 25% off PLUS an extra 30%! I think it may be in store only because I didn't see the extra 30% online. I got a black large Cindy with GHW for $156 before tax!! I'm so excited!

Wow! What a great deal you got! Congrats! However, I'm sad to hear about your fuchsia Cindy. I got my shipping notice this morning for the large aquamarine Cindy I ordered from Macy's one day sale on Saturday. My first MK in quite some time. I sure hope mine arrives alright. [emoji16]

I'm sure it will. It's been hit and miss with Macy's for me. The good thing is that they will take back or exchange the product until it is right! Post pics when you get it - aquamarine will be beautiful!

This is the first thing I have ordered from Macy's in years! I'm more of a in person shopper, I guess. It's good to hear that they will at least make it right. I will definitely post pics when it arrives [emoji3]
