@girlhasbags You're a gem! You're an example of what the spirit of tpf used to mean for me. I've been around tpf pre-social media and this was a place where we shared our love for bags and intel. It was a such a joy to see people help each other get an UHG (ultimate holy grail, I don't think I've said that phrase in a while.) Not that that helpfulness doesn't exist anymore, the vibe is just a little different these days.You are so very welcome and lol… that is exactly something my bestie would say. Once I was searching for something and thanks to one of our fellow PFers I got it. We have to watch out for each other.

I really cannot tell you how amazing it is that you kept me in mind. So appreciated. My husband does get excited for me about bags and accessories, and to be honest he does buy me a lot of them, but he has no desire for anything of the type. He always says he loves how happy they make me and he’s starting to be able to call out certain labels, leather houses, and such. I’m a big fan of Loewe and a few months ago we were out and a young lady at a store was wearing a flamenco clutch on the logo strap and he nudged me and said, “honey, that’s the only other person I’ve ever seen wearing Loewe besides you!”You are so very welcome and lol… that is exactly something my bestie would say. I will definitely be posting pictures of the bag when it arrives. I keep checking to see if it shipped yet because when I have a new bag coming, I have less than or equal to zero patience.

ETA is Thursday evening. I legit need to calm myself down because I refreshed the tracking page two or three times (or five or six whatever) during work hours today. The best part of all of this is that we rarely go out anymore post-pandemic so I’ll get it, set it on my purse shelf and stare at it for a few days, and then take her out for her grand premiere to a really exciting event like our Saturday Costco trip. You know, very glamorous stuff.
I am the same way. Oh well imagine how stylish you’re going to look at Costco. I can’t wait till Thursday. I’m going to keep checking the site for your post.
She arrived!! My saddle bag is safe and sound. The quality is impeccable. The leather is a little scratched but I expect that with the type of leather. The hardware was a little dull looking but a quick wipe down with a cloth made it all nice and shiny again. I was pleasantly surprised to find the original Moynat tags and booklet in the pocket. It’s in very good condition and definitely worth more than I paid for it. I am so happy to be able to add it to my collection. I will definitely premiering it this weekend during my grocery trip hahaha. Thanks again @girlhasbags for helping me score this bag. I really thought I would not be able to score one at this point.
