i honestly think this may just be an one-off experience with the sa you encountered. I've been in contact with a paris sa for about 8 years now and she has been nothing but wonderful and very responsive. If at any point, you decide to give it another try, pls let me know and i will share her contact with you.
Actually, I wrote to the CEO and the general manager wrote an apology e-mail and I did ask for a different SA. Again no response and this was the general manager. The e-mail was sent 14 days ago.

I think I will give the brand a miss sorry!

The problem is also that Moynat does not have a physical store in Australia, so online communications would be very important. If something goes wrong e.g. an item gets damaged during transit or an item gets lost during the delivery process, I don't want to be constantly e-mailing and chasing them up. So this is why, it is important to me that they attend to e-mails promptly and engage with the customer, because with luxury goods, it is not just about the product, but also the service that goes with the product.

Has anyone put the webbing strap on their Gabby bag? I really want this strap for my Gabbie BB, but am worried it will be too "thick" for the bag...or too casual. Would love to see pictures.

there's a new bag up on website, the gabrielle clutch (same style as before) with crystals embellished on the moynat logo for 4200 euro. You would have to enlarge the photo to see the crystals.

An ultra, super-duper limited production piece is coming soon. Gaby BB and PM in Cannelle.:girlsigh::drool:

Gorgeous! I had been eyeing the Gabrielle in Cannelle, but was hesitant to purchase due to the more rigid and seemingly drier leather. I have 2 Gaby BBs, black and tourterelle, both with GHW. Are 3 Gabys all with the same hardware too redundant? :confused1: I really love the bag as it’s so practical and my go to bag on trips. Is there any ETA when this bag will drop in stores?

NYC is receiving 2 BB this week. Feel free to contact Curtis to purchase and-or ask about the availability.

As for a hardware redundancy — not redundant, in my opinion. This bag combo color is so pretty!

I've decided to sell my Pauline (large, blue). It is my only Moynat and is Ramesh.

Why sell it? Because i am seriously cutting down the bag closet. The Moynat is big. It's blue. I find myself not using it (but I do like to visit it in my closet). It's kind of redundant (I have a Delvaux east-west Brillant that I also don't use often). And I often think, there is no way those handles are going to stay upright over time, are they?

But then I think, I'm going to regret this, aren't I? I'm not likely to snag another Ramesh. I do think it's wonderful in its funky shape. It is so nicely made.

I go back and forth on this. Sometimes I think, sell the LV Speedy B 30. I'd get about the same amount of money for it, it takes up about the same amount of space in the closet, it is so common and easy to replace. Then I remember how darn practical it is. Then I think, beauty and rarity vs. practicality and my left brain and right brain fall into fisticuffs.

Wow, now that I put it like that, maybe the Speedy has to go.

Curious how other Pauline owners feel about their bags. Especially the handle situation.

Also understand that I am overthinking this and am in general, a dork because of it. But if I cannot be dorkily overly obsessive about bag decisions here at tPF, where can I?

I have a Pauline Haut and while it doesn’t get out enough, I will not part with it. Too unique, too well made, too special.

For example the complete lack of hardware is very unusual.

You can always replace the Speedy, not so Pauline.
