My hands are on the small side and the charm bracelet with a lot of charms looks a little overwhelming to me. Though I've seen them on others and it looks fine... I do wear the other bracelets where the charms are a little smaller like the all silver one.

Well, I'm vacillating between ordering charms with the F&F discount, or buying a bag (non-Juicy) I've been wanting. I actually decided to stop buying bags for a while, since I have more than enough bags, and use the money for charms, but...we all know how that goes.
I could get the charms now and wait and see if the bag goes on sale. Now there's a plan, save money both ways...LOL. I am a little worried that the bag will sell out though... hmmmm.

Katie, have you tried the bracelet with one charm? When I'm at work I usually only wear one charm (whichever matches the outfit I'm wearing), but when I go out I usually wear two.

I'd get the charms now and see if the bag goes on sale, lol.

Haha, that's pretty much what I decided to do. I wound up buying a few charms from the JC - F&F sale. I'll wait and see if the bag goes on sale.

so i was at the boutique in one area yesterday, and my usual SA was so sweet, gave me the 30% coupon discount, so I got a charm and a skull necklace for halloween. I got the traffic light charm.
she didn't say anything about a friends and family, so i'm confused on that.
but she said all sale items were add'l 30% off. my mother was with me and bought my daughter a cool faux fur cheetah print vest.

today i was at the mall to get links put on my watch, so i went into juicy there. all sale was add'l 40% off. so i got a great! deal on a daydreamer and wallet.

i know i just recently bought two daydreamers (with wallets), but this deal was so good, I couldn't pass. I got the red/brown houndstooth daydreamer with matching wallet, for $117 after tax. insane.

Wow, Alliemia, great buys at the Juicy store. So what sale is going on now? If any? I lost track now, the last one I heard about was the 30% off online & in store a couple of weeks ago. It was nice of your SA to give you the 30% discount. My boutique won't budge on the discounts. Even if I miss it by one day they won't give me the discount. As it is they are often poorly informed and deny discounts unless one has the ad or coupon in hand. I've heard them deny discounts to other buyers even though there's an advertised sale going on. So I always print off the ad if I think I may stop in. Last time they denied me a discount, I bought the things anyway then had to go home and forward the email ad to the store and then call in to get them to take the % off. It was like $90 though so worth it.

I love those daydreamers. I'm older and actually a grandmother, but I still love them even if some consider them a kids bag. I mostly use them as totes though, wouldn't wear them for anything serious, just because they are so fun. I like that they are roomy, but still light weight. Plus they are sooo cute with the rings, and other charms.

katierose..thanks!! i like the daydreamers too. i never bought any because they seemed too young to me. like more suited to 20s (i'm 36) but lately they have had more subdued ageless styles IMO. in fact the python has nothing hanging off of it, and the houndstooth has a bow that isn't too crazy (and removable), and the scottie bling has the rhinestones, but i love it and only a keychain hanging. so now that i have these three, i am done for a long while.

i don't know what sale, if any is going on for full price merchandise. i think if you have the coupon, you can get 30% off. or you can print out that ItGirl flyer that someone had posted, that is for 20% off in store or online. And today was 40% off all sale. Which is great.

i thought i read on here that this week is friends and family, but i'm guessing due to the coupon deal which is through 10/10 they aren't doing the friends and family.

i really do think the bags and charms are ageless. juicy seems to have a style for everyone. and i think you mentioned you liked those leather bags with bows on the sides. those are on sale, and you can take the 40% off additional. Not sure what the sale price is though.

the weird thing is the boutique in the high end area was add'l 30% off sale, but the mall was add'l 40%

I liked the leopard/animal print Daydreamer and the other similar bag. But I decided to pass. Maybe if I see it at a great price some day I'll pick it up, but I think I have enough bags that are similar so I'll pass for now.

I forgot about that ItGirl flyer coupon/discount. Will have to go to the Juicy site and see what I need if anything.
The F & F I know of is the one at Bloomies right now (20%). This is store wide, so I picked up a couple of things that never seem to go on sale and a few charms.

Thanks for the tip on that leather bag with the bows. Will have to call my store and see if they have it on sale...

yes, i heard of that kinky stuff. someone posted about it once on the shoe forum i believe. there was someone listing 'well worn but cleaned' shoes for really high prices. i guess there are guys wanting that. soooo weird to me.

but really, if all it takes is to sell my used socks and get $5K for it, i'm down for it. LOL j/k
