Hey All!

This is probably a complete newbie question - but I just bought a black Juicy jog jacket & skirt and am wondering: Will it fade pretty heavily with wear? I'm wondering if I should opt for a lighter color... like white?

It doesn't fade that much. I think you will be fine what material is it? velour or terry

It's been nice to see some of the older forum members back on the charm thread.

Too bad someone lifted Tuptakes description and photo for ebay, but it was nice to see her post and hear that she is well and still collecting charms.

Same for the other older members that have popped in lately, we hope you return to chat with us.

I haven't been to the Juicy store in ages, the last time was when I picked up my jack in the box charm. They had a fabulous leather bag with big bows on the sides, I was very tempted...
But I'm seriously cutting back on buying bags as I have quite a few now and don't need any more unless it's a "must have", kwim?

Let's keep this forum/thread going for non charm chatting.

i haven't been dropping by as much as i haven't been buying that many charms but i will stay around this time!
actually i am working as a SA on the only department store in australia that sells JC charms,bags and clothing and a huge mark up!!!

Puka do you get a nice discount there? I've always thought that if I worked at one of these nice department stores, it would be difficult to not spend my whole paycheck there. Too much temptation, LOL.

only 10% but is enough!
they had the latest ones (maybe not the latest in the USA) the watering can,the new world glove,the lap top...but they are cheaper to buy from cindy @ shirley and co.!
i am still hoping for my crayon box and another snowglobe!!:lawl:

Another Snow Globe would be great. A crayon charm would be too cute, or how about a school bag charm?

I noticed that a lot of the new Juicy jewelry is the black or gunmetal color. Not for me, seems depressing. Does anyone else feel this way or do you all like it?

Yes, the midnight collection was quite a change. I still see the bracelet occasionally.

I try and limit my JC jewelry to things that are charm related, but have picked up a few other things like bracelets and earrings. I have some cute hoop earrings with tiny charms. No rings or necklaces other than those that hold charms.

Did anyone get anything at the Friends and Family?
I got the Scotty bling daydreamer tote in the grey/blue rhinestones.
I got the wallet last time they had 30% off. I'm a little iffy with velour, but it's so soft and adorable, I felt like I'd go for it.

I will be near another juicy store on Friday, i may get some of the charms.

No, I don't think I'll have time to get over there, darn it.
I would try and make time if I knew they had the new charms but I doubt they have them yet. I may call over the weekend to see if they have them...
The had a fabulous bag last time I was there, leather with big bows on the side I just love. So different.


Congrats on the bag! When you have time please post a photo of your bag in the forum or at least in the reference thread "Post photos of your Juicy Couture bags here". We need a good reference thread for our bags like the other forums.

I'll definitely get a pic, I have to try to exchange it though. Went to pack it up and the whole inner zip pocket is covered in glue yuck! I'll be near another juicy today so hopefully they have more. If not I'll look for that bow bag you mention.

Congrats on the bag allienia! Hopefully you can find another today to switch it out with.

I scored the Umbrella, Pig, Fireplace and Traffic light from the online F&F and they've already shipped. I would have bought more but shipping&handling was so pricey that I just couldn't do it.

Welcome Angela:flowers: I don't have any of their pieces in black but I've not had a problem with my brighter colored sets fading. Hopefully someone will be along soon that can help more:smile1:
