There's potential there although I don't like the signature pattern.

I don't usually like the signature either, but for some reason it's making sense to me on this bag. That might only be though? Lol!
Still not a fan. Make it a full-leather bag without the signature print and I’m all over it though.
That's very cute! I could've pared it down even more though, maybe just stuck to embossed imprints of the tea rose shapes, MAYBE a few rivets, and that adorable scalloped edge. I would've been happy with just the scalloped edge to be honest!!
I am liking the Parker's design but I am only so-so on the colors, if there was a black version of the white one, I'd probably be all over it.

Would it kill them to tone down some of the embellishments? I'm all for it on some items but would love just a black flap shoulder bag, gold hardware. Would even appreciate a black + gold hardware version of the mailbox bag as well - just something that can go from day to night.

Ooh I really like the Parker bag. I don't like the recycled name either. Like the black and pink. I've been wanting something quilted. Maybe this is it.
All the negative comments I hear from people about Coach is how tacky they think/over they are of that signature pattern after the flood of them from the outlet. While these look to be either coated canvas or patterned leather, I’m surprised they are using so much signature in this campaign. While I’m guilty of owning more than one signature bag 10+ years ago, if Coach has been trying to get away from outlet and into more upscale you’d think they’d tone it down some so soon?
Personally it’s been the leather and the phasing out of signature that’s brought me back to them the past couple of years.
I can only hope they make the bags in signature/embellished for the runway and then normal, “plain” leather for the stores.
And I’m sure they will, I just don’t know why these signature bags with all these patches and cartoon drawings on them are so prevalent. I get different things appeal to people but this seems like it’ll appeal to a narrow demographic.
Every bag designer has brought out their signature, their entire name across the bag....surely you've noticed all that?!
I guess if we look at the models in the photo of the "ideal" person who may carry that bag, they seem to want to appeal to the young person just out of college....not a mature woman but that seems to be the way of the world these days. They are too cartoonish IMO for anything other than a novelty bag but not an every day bag. I guess they have their place but won't be on my shelf!
