I got the mini pretzel and the' salt' scratches FYI. Still love it though.
Also unrelated, the Apple charm is quite heavy. Wasn't expecting it

Ya I was afraid of that. A few people on another forum complained about the scratchy pretzel, too. Very disappointing. I believe the empire state building also has sharp edges, as well.

I did briefly own the small apple but didn't hang it on anything. I did notice it had a bit of weight to it. I wish Coach didn't make the apples feel like a paperweight. The giant apple is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi all! I didn’t think this warranted a new post so I hope the chat thread is okay for it. I was wondering if anyone remembered the correct retail US pricing for these 3 bags.
1) Souvenir Beat Bag
2) JMB Rexy Rogue 25
3) JMB Famous Rogue 25
I think the 2 Rogues were $795 retail. I know they were marked down a lot and even were at the outlet at one point.
I can’t find anything on the Beat bag other than a couple ebay listings which are over $1k and I know I didn’t spend $1k on this bag.

I have been carrying my Crosby for a few weeks and multiple times the flap on my bag will pop open. Oftentimes my bag will be left hanging open in public places which really scares me. Luckily I have not have anything stolen out of my bag yet.

For reference I carry just a small makeup bag, a long wallet, a plastic water bottle, keys, 2 sun/eyeglass pouches, keys and a phone. I tried tightening the drawstring to see if that helps.

But I am super upset to see this happen on a $400 bag. Does anyone that have this bag happen to them or am I overreacting?
