@AntRay23 A while ago, you mentioned an issue with the hardware on your bag.
May I ask, what's your opinion now about the issue? Has it gotten worse?

@Luv2Shop1 Have you started to have the same hardware issue with your bag?

Since you two have had your Spring 2020 bags for a while now, I'd be interested in your impressions!
Has the leather worn nicely, or have you had any issues?
How much have you worn them?

If anyone else would like to chime in, please go for it.

I ended up sending it in for repair and when it arrived, they replaced the turnlock with a little larger one. At first I was a little “off” about it, but now I view it as truly a one of a kind.

The new versions shouldn’t have this problem! I chose to send it out for repair because I loved the color and they didn’t remake the royal purple for the season.

I ordered last week, on backorder for now. Should ship by month end.

I also ordered yesterday, my SA is great and let me order 5 different bags. I should get them by next week. A lot of the colors are already sold out.

I can only see all the items by searching for “turn lock “ and they all show up. However, to order I had to go see my SA.

With this collection, with all of its vintagesq, clean, unfussy, leather centered bags and having alot of it be "sold out" already, I hope coach sees that people appreciate it and keeps bringing back some classics every time.

If you add it to your wishlist by clicking on the little heart, you can then go to your wishlist and add it to your bag. I was able to order the turnlock top handle that way. It's kind of a pain but it works!

Also, should I call Coach about the bottom of the bag, which has the crease/dent if I do decide to keep it?
