It is available now. I bought it to see the color and maybe it will work “layered” with another small bag which seems to be in fashion now. Or it could go back if it is totally impractical.
Lol. I think you and I bought the two they had posted because it only showed 2 available and after I checked out it showed as 'sold out'. At first I didn't think it will work, but then I looked at the Willis 18 size and it is 7x6.5x3, while this cutie is 6x6.5x3. I am thinking they measure at the bottom, so the bag might actually fit as much as Willis 18, which fits my phone standing up, key case, slim card case and chap stick. So I decided to get it. If it is too small I can always return.
They are adorable- could not resist! Yay for you that you scored one as well! It can be so hard to tell seeing it just online- might as well see if it is a keeper and return if not. Hoping the size works. Promise I will not hold onto it if it needs to go back so someone else has a chance.
I saw the catalogue and there’s a signature one and I think a purple one with red piping or was it red with purple piping? Sorry can’t remember.
This arrived today from a local Nordstrom store- it looks like it may have been on the floor for sale. None of the packaging- just a plastic bag. I hate to say this but this is now typical when an item comes from a store- Nordstrom SA just throwing it in a box and sending it off. I wonder how many of these were made? And why this one came from a store.

Edited to add: that’s really bad that Nordstrom did not package it properly, esp one that’s just come out. I don’t know what’s going on with their quality control lately
has yours or anybody else that purchased one of these beauties started to do this? Look closely on the turnlock. The brass is starting to come off.

I too am concerned about the hardware- it appears to be plated not solid brass.
Has Coach been using solid brass more recently? I was under the impression they have not been using solid brass since ‘88 or ‘89.
I haven't bought a lot of Coach so do not know. But the hardware on my recent purchase does seem flimsy. Not a good look if the base metal starts to show.
