That looks like it got glued together and then leather peeled off when it was separated. I just checked mine and it doesn't have anything like that. I was going to exchange and now I'm wondering if I well get a perfect strap but damaged bag! Lol! Maybe I'll just return it. When will these hit the store so I can pick one out myself after inspecting it myself???
I plan on having SA order another and keeping first until 2nd arrives. That way if 2nd strap shows up mangled I can put mangled strap with peeling leather lining and send back keeping a hopefully good bag and strap
I think they hit the store soon...maybe in a week or 2? I know newness is also coming out 2.22 ish (cassie 19 in bluebell) and first week of March for the snakeskin cooper carryall.
Yes I think that is mineral. That is the style that had the wildflower I believe that was a less bright fuschia too. I think it was $250 when did released it for the sneak peek...

It's really weird that the first release of your turnlock pouch had an adjustable strap and the second release doesn't. I wonder if there are any of the first release in JAX? I can ask SA tomorrow if you want. I don't know if the style #'s are different...anyone with an adjustable strap one have the style #?
Thanks for the info! If you’re already planning on talking to your SA if you wouldn’t mind asking. Yeah I think that is odd about the straps. The rest of the bag looks the same based on the pictures, I obviously can’t compare in person. The strap is sooo long and I NEVER say that about Coach straps. Unless everyone plans on knotting this bag or wearing it super long I don’t see this bag selling as well because they didn’t make it adjustable or at least go with their standard default size of 22”. Out of curiosity I’m going to actually measure it tomorrow before I send it back.

Well apparently Coach wants everyone to knot it! Haah
I bought the 18' Willis and the lining had issues sort of like this- there were streaks where the color was not applied. Not sure what is going on- but yes, you should def exchange for a perfect one. At the time, these tiny Willis' were only available online and I did not want to ship back and forth trying to get a good one.
