SA is only guessing but thinks maybe size of Kat 20 or emery 21 so not super tiny. There is hope. Didn't someone say there were a large amount of silhouettes for this collection? I can't wait to see everything!
looks just like the vintage version. I used to have one that color.
So I received the small green turnlock and LOVE everything about it, but the strap is soooo long! I’m 5’8” and wearing it crossbody it falls way below the hip. I know it doesn’t say adjustable strap online, but I could have sworn the other stock photos (when it was on sale prior) the strap was adjustable. On the website it mentions knotting it to customize length. That would drive me nuts. Any thoughts on anyone that owns this bag or has tried it on? Lots of time Coach straps are too short on me. I’ve never had one that’s too long.
I just got my color block turnlock clutch. The bag is gorgeous! I LOVE the bag. But it's going back.. Coach warehouse is stupid. Why on earth would they shove the strap (that's detachable by design) folded in the back pocket is beyond me. The strap is ruined with bends in several places! This is how they sent the bag!

Mine didn't have a bent strap (they actually wrapped it around the bottom so it stayed flat) , but it's getting exchanged because the corner is missing the top coat or something! I wonder if I should request they don't unwrap the 2nd one so the strap isn't mangled.

Will you call them to complain about it? I took pictures of the rogue I returned and the CS gave me her email to send them. I think if enough people complain eventually it should have to result in changes no? I'm sorry for you and @holiday123 because this bag is so cute.
I wonder if the warehouse staff are just not into bags and have no idea what they are doing destroys them? If so then they need to be taught how to properly pack and store them. Stop wadding up straps!!!
I bought the green and royal purple from Nordstrom back in the fall. The strap is attached but it is adjustable on both. Also, they were $250/each.
Mine was $250 too, but the strap is attached and not adjustable. I wonder why they changed that. Poor design choice.
