Very nice
Can I entice you into sharing a mod pic
I'm really curious about the victoria for traveling
Love under the radar bags !!!

I have a Victoria in etoupe. It is the only Hermes I would bring when I travel. Roomier than I thought...it holds magazine, bottle of water, passport, wallet, phone and make up bag etc.

Bumping this.

I can't get the Victoria out of my mind. Love the simplicity of this bag, the fact that it is under the radar for work and its weight as well. Only issue is that I am 5'2 and 110lbs and whenever I try one on in the store the Victoria II looks massive on me. I have now turned my thoughts to the Élan. I am thinking about the preloved route and would appreciate any mod pics of the Victoria - both in élan and II - to enable me! TIA.

My Victoria II in clemence. Love the under the radar element.

I also have another one in etoupe with the beautiful white stitching. The Victoria(s) are my everyday bag.

MrsJDS, I have a Victoria II in bleu saphir and I LOVE it! I'm 5' 4" and 120-125 lbs and it works really well on my frame. I love how under-the-radar it is, and the fact that it's so light weight compared to many of my other H bags. I bought Mai Tai's insert for the birkin 35, and it works really well with the Victoria. I'll try to take some photos this weekend and post them for you in this thread.

I'm 5'3" 97lbs and i often do feel the victoria II looks huge on me. While i love this bag to pieces, wish i got one in more neutral, darker colour. Mine is Rouge Casaque and it is just too much red on such big bag. I've seen black, etope or even brown on others and they don't look overwhelmingly large but quite polished. It's functional great everyday bag. Easy to get in/out with double zippers, low maintenance lining, great shoulder strap length and you can really load this bag. I personally think Prusse or RougeH are quite lovely on this bag. Good luck with your search!

Hi HfromT - I would love to see your photos. I was considering a bamboo one just before the price increase (but then I got an Egee instead). My birkins are my workhorse bag but sometimes I feel like carrying it or my Kelly is not appropriate for the setting I am in. Can you carry this on your shoulder with a winter coat on?

Kissowl - thanks for your thoughts. I have an RC birkin 35 and I just love its bold colour but I think because I have a rodeo charm and a twilly on it, it breaks up the colour. I also wear a lot of black so I like the pop of colour in my bags. I have not settled on the colour yet; I am considering Etoupe and Etain but also pop colours. I wish they would bring back the Elan because I am hung up on the fact that the Victoria is big and boxy!!!

Ka_ying - thanks for sharing your pic. I would love to see your Etoupe one too.

Did any of you consider the Elan (ie was it available when you purchased your Victoria II)?

MrsJDS...excellent question re: carrying my Victoria II on my shoulder with a winter coat. The short answer is that I've never tested it. It might be a bit snug with my giant Yves Solomon parka, but if I wore a lighter weight cashmere coat, it would probably wouldn't be an issue. I completely understand your reluctance to carry your birkin or kelly in certain situations; I feel exactly the same way, which is why I switch to my stealth H options in those circumstances. No one seems to recognize the Victoria or the Picotin as being H around here. Congrats on your Egee...those are stunning.
