ode to the TRIM!

So very glad to be able to contribute to this thread! I started a reveal, but I also wanted to share my happiness with fellow Trim lovers. Here she is! Trim I, 31 cm, in toile and barenia. The stamp is I in a square, so 2005, which seems a bit late for a Trim I, but then, who knows with H...

We are twins!! It looks fantastic on you!!:ps:Congrats!:flowers:

Just want to say thank you to all of you who contributed to this thread, I've read it carefully before taking the plunge! Difficult to choose between a 31 and a 35, since I normally carry everything but the kitchen sink on a daily basis. However I was looking for a summery colour, and since lighter bags tend to look larger than dark ones, my new Trim II is a 31 in Turqouise Chevre, hardly ever used and looking brand new. Bababeibi authenticated, so everything should be in order, and hopefully it is on it's way all around the world right now!

Gorgeous and so classy. Congratulations , it's a beauty. I have a trim in smooshy smooth leather and it is evergrain.

Aha! Evergrain - I'll bet that's exactly right, or maybe evercalf since it has no texture. Smooth, light, soft and scratches rub out. Thank you, loves

I posted this in another section, but was reminded this is where I was inspired to find a Trim.
my vintage navy box Trim I:

That is so so perfect , the box in navy is under the radar chic. Is it a 35cm?
Love to see you model it if you aren't too busy ;) I'm fascinated to know how this style carries.

Thanks frou frou - it's actually a 38....I'll give the modelling a shot. (if this heatwave breaks as predicted.)
I have to make some selections for an upcoming trip anyway. In my mind it works perfectly w/ my Chloé pants / silk top, a very simple Gerard Darel dress, and maybe some Isabel Marant pieces. I do need to test that before I pack though. It's a true shoulder bag.

And I agree it's a bit UTR - I like that about the Trims in general.
