If you like TB 20 then you may like pico 18 better. I have both sizes. First I liked 22 more & it actually fits on my shoulder in summer but I like the 18 as a handheld.

I have very small hands: right ring finger (rrf) is 5....lrf is 4. And my fingers are short. And arthritis has taken a lot of my finger strength and replaced it with pain. Having said that, I haven't had one problem with thick Pico straps! I have
18, 22 and 26 sizes.
I was able to acquired one of the last two Picotin 22 in bleu zellige. I've been asking and waiting for this exact spec for the longest time. It will arrive on Tuesday but I'm so excited and wanted to make a post prior to the arrival

Yeah :happy dance: your patience finally paid off! Can't wait to see it. That being said I tried on a Pico22 in a similar blue (can't remember the exact name)...It was at Vegas Bellagio this past weekend. I am holding off for now, 26 seemed too big and I don't have free hands to hold the 22 chasing 2 young ones!

I've seen my friend's 18..and I really thought it looked like a "supermarket bag" initially.. so from then on.. I never really did consider the 18... maybe she's quite tall standing at 5'8 n the p18 looks strange somehow
I have a 18 and the handles don’t bother me; it probably has something to do with the ways I carry mine. I mostly wear it on my wrist; it stays in place well being so light, and the friction from the thick handles helps too. Or I tie a scarf on the handles as strap and carry it on the shoulder.
I got my first picotin on Friday! The color is raisin with PHW in a size 18. My SA knows me apparently better than I know myself because she suggested raisin. I had no idea I would be a purple person but this color is so neutral and casual, it was hard to say no when I tried it on. I think it looks really great with grey because of the PHW. Thanks for letting me share.
Same happened to me. I saw someone carrying the 18 & thought that it didn't look nice. Looked too small & odd so never wanted one. Later, I bought the 18 size for my mom since she's much shorter than me. I was surprised that it didn't look that small on me either. It's just that the person that I saw on didn't look good with it. Better to try it on yourself. Your friend is quite tall.
