The receipt does not even indicate clemence, just picotin 22 eclat and the colour

Hi there,

Not sure if this is the right thread, apologies if it's not but i have just purchased a preowned Picotin 18. Received it now. The seller said he bought it in Vancouver this summer but i had a weird feeling when i opened the box. Can you PM owners tell me what to look for in the bag to see if it's a fake or authentic?
it came with this strap that i have never seen before. What do you think?
