Ode to the Horn.........

Hi all! Question for MaiTai horn scarf ring owners: I was just curious if she marked the piece anywhere with her brand/logo? Is it really obvious (like done in a contrasting color to make the logo stand out) or just etched in without colour? TIA!

I've been searching for some time now, and finally found my grail Isidore/Duncan. This version has neither lacquered or leather/exotic skin links and so I'm not sure of it's official name (anyone?). I am thrilled!

textile
- brava dear; your Isidore is gorgeous - but more importantly - you look amazing..and incredibly slimming!;)

Thanks frou frou! I feel so lucky to have found this as I really have been looking forever. I snagged one from the website but the colors on the lacquer links didn't work IRL; I tried one on at the boutique but the havanne croc links made the whole thing very dour; I drool over lala's Isidore thread but wonder which color I would pick if I could have any I wanted. So when I spied this, my heart lept! No color challenges, I can wear it with anything...in the summer instead of my silks when it's too hot....in the winter with my silks and cashmere/silks.... So very happy!!

and thanks lanit, we cross-posted!

So beautiful, textile girl! The perfect choice. Now that I've seen this all-horn version, I'm completely of your opinion—it's the best of all the versions. You look wonderful in it!

textilegirl,
This is gorgeous! I love the variations of the horn! This looks amazing on you.
Congrats! (Wish I knew the name. Sorry I can't help you with that one.)

Congratulations textilegirl! It's gorgeous in all horn, and yours has beautiful coloration. Such a unique piece, and well worth the wait.

I've been searching for a white Lift pendant for quite a while, and happily finally found one! I wanted one that is beautiful on both sides, and was thrilled to find this one, as it has an interesting horn pattern. While I love my black Lift, it's rather boring on the reverse side, so I'll enjoy being able to wear this with either side showing.

Its beautiful etoile. You chose a really exceptional reverse side too. I love white and I wear my Isthme a lot - all year round! Is there still a Made in Vietnam signature on the back side?

Dear lanit, thanks so much! I've admired your white Isthme many times, and it inspired me to seek out white lacquer pieces! This one is free of the Made in Vietnam stamp, having only the engraved Hermes. I think perhaps it's from an earlier batch?

Other Lift pendants I saw (beginning in the spring) were stamped Made in Vietnam. I think the placement is unfortunate, especially with lighter horn. I'm hoping they'll reconsider the location of the mark!
