I have been watching one of Poupi's auctions ever since it went up and I won it this evening!!!! Yay!!!! I can't believe it!! There were so many people bidding on it that I was getting discouraged. I was screaming when I won ... my two Malts were looking at me like I was crazy!!

I'll post action pics when I get it but here are two from the auction.

Congratulations! This is a wonderful c/s shawl- I love the rich ethnic flavor and the stunning detail. I hope you will share more pics with us! I have it in black and in brown- they are desert isle shawls for sure- I wish I had the orange as well ;)!

Kallie Girl, I can't wait to see a photo your gorgeous shawl being worn ! The mosiac part is like "Pavement", which is a grail scarf. I have an H ashtray with the same mosaic duck that is in the left corner and it's stunning. You are very lucky!

Tracadero: How cool that you have an ashtray with the duck on it! I was lucky enough to get the blue Pavements several months ago. That is one reason I knew I would love this one because I love the Pavements so much. I love, love, love shawls with very little space devoted to solid colors.

Purse-O-Holic: I was already "watching" this shawl when I saw it on the "Finds" thread. My heart sank because I figured my chances would definitely be lessened once it was "outed"!! That's one reason I was so surprised I won it.

doloresmia: Yes this baby should work well with my beloved Chevre Birkin.
