I would be remiss if I didn’t cross post (from Hermès in Action) my 2 Evie 29s, used most recently on a vacation in France. Clemence leather in Etoupe and Barenia Ébène. Perfect for the rainy wet weather.

thanks for the tag. I have a navy felt TPM and a light gray felt Picotin 18 with gold swift handles. I adore both. Until I went to Moroso to look at furniture, I did not realize how sturdy and durable felt actually is. Moroso actually uses felt for high end commercial (think high end hotel) and home upholstery. There is no rubbing, no lint, no static. It goes thorough rain and snow like a champion. In fact I carry both bags on ski vacations and rainy days. Even the swift handles dry perfectly. The light gray remains pristine, but perhaps that’s bc the pico has feet. . . Like magic.
I also use the navy year round for traveling. It blends with my clothes, so i can even wear it on the plane. Though one would think it might look wintery, it simply looks textured and sporty paired with shorts and dark t shirts. If you like the look of felt, I would not hesitate.
I should caveat that I find my toile bags (B35 and cargo pico) pretty hardy too

ETA: they are also very under the radar because they are felt. . They look a bit like a craft project

Mine didn’t fit the same on me (even if I didn’t take plastic off and actually fully try it on)
I’m 5’7” and a bit curvy- and I figured I would be wearing this in the winter- over a coat- making it more awkward for me. It hit a bit high and looked small IMO
I think if it was a light color I would make it work (wearing it in summertime only sans jacket). I had offered it up to swap for a short time then I am returning it. So bummed because it’s SO hard to score off the website!!!

Just got a TPM - yay! But my full size wallet is too big. What wallets do you all use with your Evelyne 16s?

I don’t use a wallet, I purchased an insert with pockets where I slip my cards and license in. I’m also able to fit keys, sanitizer, small tube of hand cream, an inhaler and lip balm in there.
Congrats! Evelyne tpm is one of my faves! I was using a YSL cardholder, and recently switched to a Bearn cardholder.
TY @H’sKisses and @Fixxi - I’ve got way too many extraneous things in my wallet and know I can pare down!
+1 for GM! A lot of people told me it's a very large bag but it does not look or feel large, and in Clemence, it really can be as large as you are willing to stuff it or it just hugs your side. I think the mini bag trend has really turned everyone's perceptions of bag size upside down!
