Talk to me about/ show me your Evelyne 29 in action! I went to my local H store for a pocket square and they were just putting out a Rose one and I impulse bought it but I can’t decide if it’s too big! Thanks!
I think the 29 is the best size. I've never understood the mini craze.
For me it's not only about what stuff I leave the house with, but also about the things I add to my bag while I'm out. There are always some little items that tend to need a storage space while I'm out. And I hate it when my bag can't take anymore stuff. In winter I even prefer taking my 33 because it can take my gloves, scarf and hat when I'm entering a shop/doctor's office etc... and don't want to break out in sweat or I don't know where I can put my things.
As you go along your day there's always stuff that's given to you like brochures or things your kids want you to store for them.
I never come home with a bag that's as light as before.

I have debated the 33 for this very reason. I am petite and my SA says it’s too big but it seems so practical. My 29 doesn’t fit my winter items but it’s great for everyday in the other seasons. Do you find the 33 heavy?

I would absolutely say go for it. :hbeat:
The 33 is a fabulous bag. If I had to choose between the two sizes and were allowed only one I would definitely keep my 33. The size and weight difference isn't huge in real life but the few centimeters make it so much more practical. I sometimes have to attend short meetings with only a folder or sheet of paper. I can use my 33 for that and don't have to pack my work bag. I can just go there with my normal handbag. And I definitely don't find it too heavy.
I'm petite too. 1,59m (5.22 feet?). I've never matched my bags to my body size. I wear what's practical for my lifestyle.

I think it’s best to try it on and decide for yourself. I’m 5 feet and own 3 Evelyne 29s. The 33 swallows me up. Also for me, if my bag is bigger I’ll just put more things in it causing it to be heavier.
In my opinion the 29 is the perfect size and I wear it with 3 kids. I think the 29 vs 33 is really a personal preference so it’s hard to get a solid answer from anyone on here. Some petite women will say they love the 33 while others will say the 29 is too big and they need the tpm.

I just purchased my first Evelyne III GM. It's orange and the date code is very hard to see but it's N inside a square (2010?).

The strap doesn't have the Hermes insignia printed on it - is that standard from that timeframe? I've been doing some research but can't find a consensus. Thanks so much!

My older Evelynes do not have Hermes stamped on strap. These are non adjustable straps. Is you strap adjustable?
