I was able to get a gold one on the website in May, just at random it popped up just after 5pm pst. I don’t find it very useful friendly though, a little bit of buyer’s remorse. I much prefer my pm size Evelyne. I used the tpm for about a week and haven’t reached for it since. I’ve gotten to the point (unfortunately) where I have to carry my reading glasses with me and even with a slim case, there’s not enough room :sad:

You can fit those items if you’re strategic about placing them in so they fit just right (like a puzzle almost). I personally find it fussy to not be able to reach into the bag and grab what I want without “disturbing” the other items in there, then having to reposition everything again once you’re done. It is such a cute bag though, just not for me even when I’m traveling light.

Right now in mine running around northern Europe: a Calvi, iPhone 11 Pro in a case, spare phone battery, glasses, lip balm, keys (mine are small), mini hand cream, and a small Kindle. Honestly I don't travel light but this bag holds enough for any errand or if I'm driving and can keep bigger things (umbrellas, water bottles, etc) in the car. That's why I own three and am looking for a fourth :P

I 100% agree on the insert. When I ordered the insert, I asked her (Samorga) to add a zipper to the long side pocket and I love it. Makes me feel more secure throwing my cardholder, cash, passport, etc in there knowing things won’t fall out should my bag tip over. Like you I also went with a lighter color than my dark bag (vert de gris).

Here, with one of my passports in its case in place of the Kindle. There are actually two lippies in here, the H balm and a small tube from a Korean brand.
This is about what it will handle without bulging. Phone fits on top. The bag stays flat once it’s on its strap. (Obviously this is kind of my “beater” TPM, the Bleu Nuit. I take it everywhere, even a casual trip like this.)
