Hi ladies! I found your posts as was searching this thread because the strap on my Evelyne PM came undone on one side while I was wearing it Thankfully, I caught the bag before it hit the concrete! @labb8, did you ever go back to show Hermes your bag?

Hi I never got around to it. They wanted to send it off so I kept the bag. It does still happen occasionally but I've decided to live with it. Not the answer you want unfortunately.
